Yang-Soon is the founder and heart of Bibap. Since childhood, she has loved good food and the joy it brings. For her, natural and healthy ingredients are a gift from nature, and the most important source of inspiration for her cooking. Her business education, her experiences, and her profound knowledge of Korean culture and cuisine came together to develop the concept of Bibap.

Glenda

Glenda is our head chef, affectionately called ‘Supermaus’ by all of us. She is resilient, quick, always in good spirits, and masters every challenge with ease. Her culinary style is unique: it combines outstanding technique with creative finesse.

Ryan

Ryan is the managing director of Bibap. With his passion for excellent cuisine, his kindness, and his professionalism, he has earned the trust of our guests. With great care and attention to detail, he coordinates the restaurant’s daily operations and ensures that our guests always feel perfectly looked after.
